2025 IS A FRESH START. My Mom passed away last year. I put alot of things on hold to help my Mom fulfill her wishes to pass at home, looking out the window at her tree. It was actually a wonderful experience spending her last days by her side. She would rally at times and we would have some deep, some silly, last moments together as a family. She enjoyed watching the squirrels devour peanuts as fast as we could fill the feeder. (The cat enjoyed it too.) My Mom supported my pursuit of ghosts and she permitted me to photograph her last moments in interest to see what familiar spirits were around. (This was special and I don't think I will share these photos.)
I do think my Mom returned after she passed. You see, she was a big believer that one does not waste electricity. She would unplug appliances when not in use and direct me to do the same. So when a week after her passing, my son who lived in her basement asked me, "Dad, did you unplug my fan? It was unplugged and the cord was hung over my desk..."-- I didn't unplug his fan while he was at work, but I'm sure my Mom, in spirit did.
Not only are ghosts real. Spirits are too.

Mom and I on set of HAUNTLINE.
